Horse-Centered Equine Bodywork Sessions

Sessions are designed to support:

comfort and ease in the body
natural movement and mobility
overall well-being

I work quietly and thoughtfully, allowing space for the horse to process, respond, and integrate.

Some sessions may involve more hands-on work, while others allow for observation, pauses, and support—depending on what the horse needs that day.

Each session is guided by the individual horse and may include:

quiet observation at rest and in movement
responsive, individualized bodywork
pauses for integration
space for the horse to express and respond

The structure of each session varies, allowing the work to unfold based on the horse’s needs in the moment.
